We carry lines we’d put in our own homes: proven products, parts that are still available in year ten, and a manufacturer that answers the phone. Nine lines in all: four we lead with, five specialists alongside them, and most other major names on request.

Gas, wood, pellet, and electric from a maker known for engineering first — heat output that matches the rating and controls that last. The hearth line we recommend most often.

X Series and BasX amplifiers and processors, Airmotiv speakers. Emotiva sells direct, so nobody sits down with you to match the electronics to your speakers and your room. That part is ours.

Are you an authorized dealer?
For Klipsch, yes — we’re listed in their dealer locator. Regency, Majestic, Superior, Escea, Fire Magic, HearthStone Outdoor, and Ironhaus are brands we carry and supply through distribution, with full manufacturer warranty on everything we sell. Emotiva sells direct to the customer; there our part is the selection, not the transaction.
Can you get a brand that isn’t listed here?
Usually. Tell us the brand or model and we’ll come back with availability and a quote. We say no when we can’t get it or wouldn’t put it in our own home.
Do manufacturer warranties apply?
Yes, on everything we sell — and we’ll help if you ever need to file a claim.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes, for the brands we carry. Tell us the model and serial number.
Can I see products in person?
We don’t have a showroom, but we can point you to nearby manufacturer displays for the models you’re considering — and for a serious audio purchase, arrange a session at our private listening setup, by appointment.
