We serve homeowners and trade professionals across Montgomery County, Maryland — Potomac, North Potomac, Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Boyds, Germantown, Clarksburg, Poolesville, Darnestown, and nearby communities. If you’re elsewhere in the county, ask; we can usually make it work. There is no showroom: we come to you, or we work from your photos and plans. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 6, with Saturday and Sunday by appointment.

Common questions
Do you have a showroom?
No. We work by appointment — at your home when the project needs it, or remotely with photos and plans. For products you’d like to see in person, we can point you to manufacturer displays nearby.
Do you install?
We sell and advise; we don’t install — Jesse is not a licensed contractor. We line up an installer we’ve worked with, lock in their price before you order, and pass you the details. We take no money for the installation.
Is the consultation free?
The first conversation is. We’ll tell you what to expect before anything is scheduled.
How soon can you meet?
Usually within about 72 hours. Send photos first if you can — often that answers the question without a visit. Fall is our busiest season, so earlier is better if you’re planning for winter.
Do you work with contractors and designers?
Yes — a good share of our work comes through trade professionals. Reach out directly.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes, for the brands we carry. Tell us the model and what you need.
